yep push the same direction as the deviation@chinprojectiongod One question. Should I push in the same direction where the deviation is? My lower teeth sits to the right of the upper teeth.
Seems counterintuitive ngl.

I went from a 17 degree deviation to a 5 degree deviation, with this rate of change it would be fully reversed in another week.
Now, for the method:
Step 1: Take a picture of your face and determine which side of your jaw is “longer” (the red line can help measure this).
Step 2: Lightly push on the chin of that side, moving the jaw through a full range of motion.
Step 3: Do this for 15 reps, 3 sets, 2-3 times a day.
That’s literally it. I’m happy to answer any questions and send full face pics to anyone that PMs me. If you don’t want to read this and instead want to watch a video, here’s where I got the idea from:

I was just messing with you sorry, my jaw went back to normal after like 6 months and I’ve been doing the exercises again inconsistently for the past week since I already have a gf and I don’t that care that much about my looks but I’m starting to get some sort of tmj that Id like to fix.damn bro why so pressed; btw u got any further results fixing ur assymetry?
greycels like you will call everything cope and never ascend, my post is backed up by doctors’ advice and logical deductions based off how muscle imbalances within the jaw develop.Retards will actually believe this crap
You're getting retards to waste even more of their time before they realise that orthognathic surgery is their only actual optiongreycels like you will call everything cope and never ascend, my post is backed up by doctors’ advice and logical deductions based off how muscle imbalances within the jaw develop.
