Fully reverse extreme jaw asymmetry in less than 1 month (with proof).

So... which one are we supposed to follow.

@chinprojectiongod One question. Should I push in the same direction where the deviation is? My lower teeth sits to the right of the upper teeth.

Seems counterintuitive ngl.

if my left side is longer and is tilting to the right, i should hold my hand on the left side?

if my jaw looks like this i should push to the right with my fingers? should i resist the force with my jaw or not?

First, the pictures for proof. The first pic is from July 7th, the second and third are from late July and early August.

I went from a 17 degree deviation to a 5 degree deviation, with this rate of change it would be fully reversed in another week.
Now, for the method:
Step 1: Take a picture of your face and determine which side of your jaw is “longer” (the red line can help measure this).
Step 2: Lightly push on the chin of that side, moving the jaw through a full range of motion.
Step 3: Do this for 15 reps, 3 sets, 2-3 times a day.
That’s literally it. I’m happy to answer any questions and send full face pics to anyone that PMs me. If you don’t want to read this and instead want to watch a video, here’s where I got the idea from:

My jaw is tilted towards my right side. Which direction should I push my chin? Thanks 🙏.

Could't this be lateral pterygoid muscle that is causing the issues? And its trained by pushing to one side while resisting with jaw muscles.Inbalances in this muscle can cause jaw deviation while also assymetry. What do you think? And its located exactly next to ear as you said and above the massater.

So I push towards the bigger side? do I completely stop the exercise once my face lines up again?
if this works ill syd

Retards will actually believe this crap

damn bro why so pressed :lul::lul:; btw u got any further results fixing ur assymetry?
I was just messing with you sorry, my jaw went back to normal after like 6 months and I’ve been doing the exercises again inconsistently for the past week since I already have a gf and I don’t that care that much about my looks but I’m starting to get some sort of tmj that Id like to fix.

greycels like you will call everything cope and never ascend, my post is backed up by doctors’ advice and logical deductions based off how muscle imbalances within the jaw develop.

You're getting retards to waste even more of their time before they realise that orthognathic surgery is their only actual option

jfl dumbass

for any reading this, if your jaw asymmetry is bad, you're going to need orthodontics followed by corrective jaw surgery
