How to improve bigonial width

- jaw fillers (cheap, but will migrate and cause bloat also temporary)
- Jaw implant (can be modified, but isnt own bone, so can look fake if overdone)
- IMDO (dont know the pro and cons)
- Chin wing (kinda painfull, but permanent, also hard to look fake since own bone is used).

The fact he needed a 0.0001% jaw, chin and cheekbones just to offset his midface (which isn't even that long, it's around .95 ig) proves how important it is. A long midface will ruin any normie, only someone with insane bones can get away with it
But yes, you can have a longish midface and still not be recessed, i mean a lot of native indian tribal people have longish midfaces

FWHR is legit one of the hardest things to change, first of all if you improve the bizygo width, your ES ratio gets screwed but you also need to widen the rest of the skull which idk if it's realistically possible

Yeah thats why i think that changing bigonial width and neck width is the safest to do. Perhaps a little bit of cheekbone projection. changing more parameters, or changing the eye parameters is risky asf as male. i dont lke the eye surgery result unless its fixing the undereye area.

Alternative i have seen steroids chaning FWHR width, look zyzz for example or that other bodybuilding member (dont know his name). changing ES ratio with surgery is also a really extreme surgery and costs a lot.

Yes of course but you will look shit even if you have compact midface and no bones. So it really dont even matter. Being boneless with compact midface are worse than boneless and long midface.. You will literally look like kid that did not have any puberty.
