I have been on this for a month (Although inconsistently) and it does very little, you do wake up taller and you do gain your lost height back after hanging/decompressing but targeted training and jumping with tons of hydration didnt give me any noticable effects, I lose height slower after decompression but doing all this for 30 minutes instead of 15 where youre +1cm taller is not woth. Literally any frauding gives you more than this

W thread, Yo niggas if anyone is interested in real heightmaxxing, this is FOR REAL, but if your growth plates are open you can do even more than this and grow the actual bone WHILE also doing this shit so you get to your maximum height, i went from 5’7 at 16 (early) to 6’1 at 17 (late)
It goes like this: you need to generate a hormonal pulse. Something simple for that is HIIT. This is going to acutely spike hormones into your circulatory system. Sit for 20-30 minutes after the HIIT to let the serum levels of the hormones in your blood stream peak. Then, you are going to do the muscular concetration, where you pump up the muscles in your upper legs, this will concetrate the blood flow and the hormones you produced above the knees growth plate, and at the same time, you are going to put a bfr strap above your knee to pool up the blood you are pumping on the upper leg. Then, directly after you generate the pump, you are going to release the bfr right after and cyclically compress and decompress your growth plate. The BFR keeps the blood above your knee, removing it causes the blood with the hormones in it to flow right down your leg, and cyclically compressing and decompressing the growth plate is going to diffuse the fluid within these growth plates to grab up the hormones and cofactors as they flow in the blood down the leg, bringing them into the growth plate.
I might aswell make a MEGA thread on this, if you don’t believe in this go fuck yourself, atleast give it a try and try to actually achieve something once in your fucking retarded life

Mom 5’6 and dad 5’8, you should also keep in mind that epigenetics play big role just like Genetics itself, Michael Jordan had parents 5’4 and 5’9, and i’ve been the shortest person ever my entire life, had growth spurt at 14 and went from 150cm to 160cm, and slowly got to 170cm at 15 and didn’t grow till 16 and then eventually did the things i mentioned previously
