Everybody is talking about the supplements, the high tech workouts, and the amazing molecules in hopes of breaking their genetic limit.

Here is the truth though: people who fail to progress aren't genetically capped they are self-sabotaging.

The one who micro-manages macronutrients, chases the next big hype cycle, and sleeps insufficiently, won't stay on the top for long. In fact, minor performance boosters, such as testosterone or peptides, won't do much good when you're inconsistent at the fundamental aspects of training and nutrition.

Here's the deal: you could be blessed with an amazing genetic profile and proper hormone balance, but if your training and diet suck, it won't help much to get leaner.
