Genetics and environment are both significant (controversial ik). One doesn’t necessarily negate the other rather they feed into each other. After reading arguments from geneticist and environmental perspectives you find both are equally valid.

I highly recommend Generative Energy: Restoring the Wholeness of Life, by Ray Peat & She Has Her Mother's Laugh by Carl Zimmer for in depth and somewhat contrasting perspectives.

Also read the books:

"Pottenger's Cats: A Study in Nutrition" by Francis M. Pottenger Jr &
"Nutrition and Physical Degeneration" by Weston A Price

Both these books show how an optimal diet high in certain nutrients ( D3, retinol, k2 and many more) is needed to create Chad sons and malnourishment or suboptimal diet when in the womb causes children to become ugly.

Here is something that ray peat said that I find quite interesting (cant find the source but I remember the quote )

He said that "racist geneticist" are wrong because they believe that black people are dumb become of genes but Ray Peat believes that IQ is plastic and that you need :glucose, hormones and stimulating life in order to get a high iq.

someone can make the argument looks are genetic
but when it comes to life quality, environment >>> anything else

Looks are all dependant on environment. The only things least affected by it are your pheno and to an extent your eye area (which can still be very altered by environment)

Genes are your blueprint, but environment can determine whether or not you develop to your optimal genetic blueprint. For example, it is well known that excessive stress during childhood, especially the first 5 years of life can affect your height and facial symmetry. Genetically, the optimal design of the human face is to be symmetrical, but that depends on developing in a relaxed environment.

Also, stress produces cortisol which can hinder bone development over time. So if you develop in a stressful environment, you may end up shorter than what your genes would have otherwise dictated

but how would you explain ugly NTfags? im not saying their life is bad at all obviously, but some are ugly even though they always had good environment, i still think environment > all

Of coure IQ is plastic but that doesn't mean your genes won't determine how far it can go. Why wouldn't all south asians be ultra high IQ geniuses if it was all environmental?

What makes you think NTfags would have ideal environment? Of course most of them might have a stable family and a good nutrition (kind of considering how most are also vegetables and microplastics enthusiasts), but that doesn't mean they also properly chewed hard food throughout their development, kept their tongue at the roof of their mouth, were physically active without body imbalances etc.

Case illustrated being many NTfags have had to use braces sometime in their life, with that tendency increasing even more in recent years, meaning something in their development went wrong.

if you see all proof and all thiingsss cleaaarly

then its not got gene but more like bacteria , we are little animaaaals together

For me, genetics should be seen like the Potter study, where some humans have ancestors who ate more animal products than others, which makes them superior. For me, that's what it means to have better genetics, and that's what matters most. Because even when malnourished, they will reach their full potential.

A classic example: Richard Ramirez.

A smoker, drug user, and grain and sugar eater, he makes up 99.99% of the current population.

Microplastics and EDCs are to blame for everything.

Men used to look much more masculine and had better bones in the 40s,50s,60s etc and yet most were malnourished peasants, worked like horses from young age, only ate canned food once or twice a day, 4-6h of sleep on average and it didn't stop the average guy from having good bones and overall masculine features. Now you have 14 year olds already optimizing their health, eating 200g of protein, sleeping 8 hours, doing maasai jumps like retards, busting their ass in the gym 24/7 only to still look recessed subhumans and stay feminine in their 30s....

yep its all about environment, my grandpa mogged my dad to oblivion but i also mog my dad to dharavi slums and back, he doesnt even look human compared to me yet his life went a million times better than mine, im a model compared to him yet cant get a hug from an obese black single mom

genetics are for extremes like disabled down syndromes, besides them environment, upbringing and location determines everything about your life
