I’ve tried various things, such as weight gainers, just eating more, changing my diet entirely, but nothing helps. I’m a 16 yo guy, and i go to sleep 145 lbs, wake up, and i’m 135 lbs. How does that work? Do yall have any actual advice on how to gain weight?

Go to the gym. If you try and gain weight without it being muscle you'll just turn into a fat fuck anyway. You've likley got a higher metabolic rate that will deprive you of fat storage. If you gain muscle which is an active energy consumer, you will gain weight just require more food to keep it

eat more than you eat when you don't gain weight

just eat in a caloric surplus is the only physically possible way to gain weight

Bro first of all, you don’t lose 10 lbs overnight. That’s literally impossible unless you’re cutting off a limb. What’s actually happening is water weight fluctuation. You lose water through sweat, breathing, and using the bathroom while you sleep not fat or muscle. Now onto the real issue, you’re a hardgainer, probably with a super high metabolism or NEAT (non-exercise activity thermogenesis) is insanely high, meaning you burn calories without realizing (fidgeting, moving, etc.). If weight gainers and “eating more” didn’t work then you simply didn’t eat enough. Weight gain is pure math. calories in > calories out. You’re underestimating how much food you actually need
