So my lower third got reccessed after i got my molars removed few years ago

I will do expanderss + molar implants + chewing + thumb pulling + hyoid bone exercises and hopefully in 2 years it all comes back with proper supps and peptides

22 (its over)

Im planing to do expanders first on my fucked dental tissue then molar implants then chew excesively + thumpull + hyoid exercises and all other shit + peptides to speed it up and i might see it all come back in 2 years hopefully. The reason i wont do surgery is money and bad surgeons in Croatia (people almost always walk half botched here)
