Basically getting braces in the next month (thinking about damon braces specifically), and have a baby tooth which hasn’t come out yet for years blocking a growing adult tooth. The dentist wants to remove the baby tooth (a premolar) so the adult one grows in normally and is pushed into place with the braces. Do I let them do it to me, or kill the dentist?

You should definitely remove it as it is only obstructing the adult tooth which is way more important, you can kill the doctor after that if you want.
