Diet(calorie deficit)+cardio+strength training or peptides or both

i been test for a year now maybe can it be reason im not losing weight fast

nah test should make it easier to lose fat cause you have better nutrient partitioning. Either you have a serious hormonal issue or you're eating more food than you think you are.
 
Best way to lean max at 18? goal is 158 lbs
reta is the best by far, nothing hits and works as well as it does. not even close

reta + dnp if you know what you're doing, wouldn't recommend if low iq

maybe i eat bad tbh i just fully cut off bread and sugar
