GIANT the inventor and why you should be careful with going to him

Firstly him saying he is a inventor is just to seem more creative then he really is. Being an inventor is very easy, creating something that is not tested is a fools job.


And if you dont understand why being an inventor means nothing here is why:

-He is young at 27 years old with 5 years experince, which means he has zero longterm result. So basically his inventions havent even been tested yet longterm. most of the common teqniques out there have 20 years of longterm data about risks etc( bimax tech, rhinoplasty tech etc )

- One example is the hole in his implant design, this leads to bigger surface area which increases risk for infections longterm, also the holes will create better microbiomes for bacteria and fluid to build up( Perfect eyyyy)

- And him being the inventor often just means, no other surgeon is stupid enough to do this

-Also most of his inventions are a slight change to another surgeons orginal idea, example below

meawhile sailer 2017 before giant even was active in surgery had a youtube clip about him doing bsso and jaw implant in the same surgery. What a orginal thought mr inventor.

Final conclusion on reasons why you should be careful with giant

- He is a young guy with five years experience which means he has no longterm data on anything he does

-He tells people on this forum that the surgeon doesnt matter lolololololol

-He works in turkey for less regulations on his extreme risky surgeries without even having a medical degree or taking any kind of actual responsiblity

-He has clearly been giving some people facial ruining implants that he knows will look uncanny for the rest of their life which indicate the lack of empathy( ohh just remove the implant, sure removing an implant that goes across the whole face will look good lelelel)

-He down plays the risk of surgery

-He is rotting on this forum, Serious medical proffesionals wouldnt do that.

-He does things most surgeons dont want to do because he cant compete, so he feed on the desperate instead( people with high esr or low for example that needs obo but cant get it elsewhere)

- He has not a single result out there

-he downplays surgeons responsibility in botching, that every surgeon or designer does wrong and fails.( not wrong but you dont want to do a surgery with a designer that downplays his part in having a bad result with you)



sidenote: giant is an interesting person and its cool that he is testing around and being a pioneer. But i wouldnt go to him myself and be a bunny to his frankenstein testing. Its also cool that he went from a basement dweller too actually doing surgeries on people. Kinda scary that its even possible without any sort of relevant degree, but thats not his fault. And also he is smart in not showing any result and make people believe their is magic behind the scenes and chads roaming around created by giant himself lol

Age and experience are no guarantee of ability or quality, as a kid my teeth we're fucked by a dentist with dEcAdEs of experience, a fresh grad fixed his mistakes, I agree that experience is important but 5 years is a long fucking time, if you are dedicated to something for even half that time you can become VERY good at it

Bro almost ALL people in cosmetic surgery including the surgeons themselves do this, every consultation I've had with the exception of maybe 3 (that I can currently think of) have been flippant about the risks, its a business, they're trying to sell you not scare you

I don't mean to dickride giant but I do have some thoughts regarding what you said.

Okay go ahead and create something that is tested then. Cmon bro, that whole sentence is just illogical. Either way, it's not like the guy just makes up shit... creating innovations without any thought behind them. If his stuff wasn't legit then no surgeon would work with him anyway, turkey or not.

What 'longterm results' are you expecting to see? The stuff he does, such as jaw surgery, implants, etc, are all already proven to be safe (with some risk of minor complications) short term and long term. Why would it be different with Giant? His is the same but better. More specific to aesthetics, and apparently superior in other ways as well according to his marketing, which you can check out yourself (to the person reading this).

Idk much about this but there's been one guy who complained about infection. And he's done what? 100's of cases? This doesn't mean that only 1 has gotten infected, maybe there have been others, but STILL. If it was an alarming amount, we'd see a lot more public complaints about it.

Or it could simply be because no one else cares too. Surgeons don't need to innovate or serve niche markets in order to be well off financially. They can just keep doing what they're doing. They don't have any incentive.

This is probably taken out of context. He probably means that it doesn't matter for HIS patients, not surgery itself. But correct me if I'm wrong.

Anyway, he is the surgery designer / planner (or whatever you call it), and he assists in the surgeries, which makes that statement pretty reasonable (that it doesn't matter).

Some of the leaked patient photos that are apparently Giant's I do agree don't look that great, but then some do look great. But it's a fair point.

I've only seen him talking about surgery risk on that one IG story about the statistics. And that he claims his stats are much lower (aka better) than the industry average, which I believe. But anyway, statistics don't lie. If it's statistically safe then it's statistically safe. I don't see the deal.

Then your last point regarding having a degree. Some of the smartest people I know that do business don't have a degree in it. You don't need a degree to know your stuff. For example, you can literally watch dozens of expert interviews, read a few books or publications, and then have comparable knowledge to other experts in the field. Sometimes even more knowledge than the experts (not uncommon).

We live in an age where information and education is not limited to certain institutions, but is instead available to anyone on the internet. So I quite frankly don't care about the degrees he has. I look at his results instead and judge based on that.
