and that's why ramieri is probably the best option, had my consult with him a few days ago and he will start to offer many innovative implant designs. its almost like he and the implant design company trying to compete with giant rofl. although the designs are very conservative compared to giants which doesn't mean its a bad thing. But how he differs from giant is that he won't offer surgery to everyone, he told me that he is really starting to dislike looksmaxxers that consult with him only to not be a surgical case. apparently most of his consultations that he has are looksmaxxers and he ends up denying them surgery usually because they simply don't need. thankfully my lower third is lacking tho. really nice guy and a good balance between being a "blackpilled" and "bluepilled" although those words don't mean anything. I look forward to working with him and being a patient, its sad tho that this community breeds toxicity instead of empathy towards those unfortunate to be unattractive, which is why he dislikes looksmaxxers so much, for me I only chose him because he simply offers the best deal for surgery, not because I'm hyper insecure about myself ike apparently most people that consult with him. he simply offers the most amount of aesthetic benefit in one invasive procedure while still being proffesional and cooperative unlike a certain somebody lul,

I'm hoping #2 was just a patient with very high demands, expecting too much from plastic surgery, falling for the skull transplant meme. Attempting to create halos instead of fixing falios. Nigga flew too close to the sun.

Yeah I've heard great things about Ramieri and he has natural looking results.

I want to consult with him soon, I don't know if I need jaw surgery but it seems like my mandible may be slightly recessed. I have no noticeable functional problems but in some pictures it seems like my mandible might fall too far behind my maxilla idk.
