Ascension CANNOT be this easy, since nothing in life is. There must be a price to pay and while I'm not sure I believe it might be long term negative effects from skin being stretched out.

Zygos/cheekbone is the hardest, but I have seen a good implant on lookism

And can filler do the same to the jaw as the wraparound jaw implant. If yes, I would really consider it.

Le Fort is less risky than implant since you are working with your own BONE in that aspect. It is risky in terms of neurological damage though.

for me I have decent angularity. all i need is more mass in the jaw because its narrow in relation to my zygos

I have many flaws, but still somehow I am harmonius. Side profile is incel but front is pleasant to look at. Hair and eye colour halo, good nose (from front only) and when I stretch my lips (better than squintmaxxing) my midface looks somehow good, also medium philtrum. All this despite high gonial angle, bad hairline, thinning and bit of balding, assymmetry and being narrow
A better lower third would bring me up 2-3 points psl ngl. That is why I advocate for custom implants
