im going outside because the sun finally came out. i wanted to go sit in the sun this morning like i recently started to do but it was cloudy so i couldnt

but now its sunny and im gonna go outside!!

thats good progress i think. a week ago i sat in my room all day and now i sometimes go out

i feel like you should be going outside whether its sunny or not, being in ur room all day gets stuffy, co2 levels increase if ur windows arent open and generally just going on a walk is beneficial to many degrees but progress is progress well done!!
