Going to orthodontist soon

My entire midface is recessed, my upper jaw is too short compared to my lower jaw and it forces me to rest my tongue between my teeth to breathe comfortably, whilst my jaw naturally slides forward a bit. I also have a narrow palate. I'm desperate to get help, ascend and hopefully have my breathing improve. Despite these issues, healthcare in my Slovakia is bad and I fear they will simply pull teeth or give me braces. Does anybody have experiences similar to mine or any advice on what to say?

Also what can they do beside braces?I dont think you can get surgeries before 18
