Exercise decreases lifespan. Uses up the nutrients and antioxidants in the body. Depletes testosterone, glutathione and growth hormone. Most people are already stressed out enough from school/work aka slavery. Why stress yourself even more?

Focus on sleep, sunlight and diet to improve your health and increase your lifespan.

If you have extra energy you should be having sex (the most natural exercise) and do some yoga. Maybe go for a swim in fresh water.
