Gonial/jaw implants is the shittiest surgery

All result i have seen from it and even irl experience when i did my surgery was extremly bad. It just never looks neither natural or good. I have seen like 10+ giant result, 4-5 ram result and 6 pag result. Also a few on the internet, and i have never seen one good or even half decent result thats even remotely close too an average jaw with decent width. Most of the times it litteraly descended them to the ground. And the ones i have seen irl looks absolutely awful and uncanny even because the jaw doesnt look normal. Most good looking jaws comes mostly from the muscle insertions and the size of it. Jaw implants litteraly destroys the muscle or it is attached not even remotely the same. In worst case you get dehiscence and get some weird bump and muscle slid up and shit.

Absolute scam surgery, never touch ever unless you have the worst jaw in human history or can grow a beard over it

No they dont its just that its a shit surgery. If you just get a small implant you will only destroy the muscle and you might even make your jaw more narrow. The whole thing and why implants sucks is that you the widest part will be the plastic/titanium part not your muscles anymore because those are fucked over so much. Absolutely scam surgery, pag doesnt even do it anymore because he knows its botches people so much. Sure if you are deformed you could consider it but else nah. Its gonna looksmin ya to the ground and back

Good surgery bro but yea some surgeons try to place it under the muscle and detach it from the bone but then it will just be anchored. It will not be the same ever again. Natural allways win. Esp when it comes to jaw implants and the teqniques available now

Maybe ramus widening then? Thoughts? I heard it can just relapse though, and won’t offer much widening.

But tbh, I would rather have slightly more narrow jaw, without complications, than some weird looking fucked up masseter with implants.

Yeah, honesty I’m not that disappointed, because my jaw isn’t THAT narrow, it could do with just a few mm of widening.

I also just want more gonial visibility, cus my skin covers it, but I have a very ideal gonial angle, so instead of jaw angle implants, I might get a mini neck lift with my trimax, and call it a day.

Yeah true, plus he had high gonial angle, which the implant helped to reduce, for people with lower gonial angles like me, it won’t look good.

Every pic allowed to share has already been posted. There are multiple threads about people complaining and showing pics from dehiscence and their implants looking like shit. Just do your own research. You will never find a good result in a video or in front pic that isnt hidden slighty with a beard or something. And its simple anatomy, detaching the biggest muscle in the face and reattaching it to some anchored chop shit wont make your face look good. Even pagnoni one of the implants gods according to this site hate them

Yea i peobably have seen more results from both pag, ram and giant both in videos and photos then many on here. Also seen a fee irl like i said and i also have consulted with both pag and ram and they have said their opionion on why they have negative consequences. Ofc pag is more of a hater towards them as he almost never does them anymore.

I mean it usually increases with age when the face descends a little bit. So i wouldnt worry about it too much.

wouldn't a liposuction be better than a mini neck lift ? i think ur too young for any kind of lift (unless you're 40sh)

not much data on it but some peoole say it relapsed its prob depends, i would say its more a bonus if anything and shouldnt be focused upon or counted on too much, regular. Imax will give some widening naturaly. I dont think it will cause to much damage to the tmjs. But be careful if you have tmj pain ofc

But how does it desttoy the masseter? If it causes attophy cant that just be taken into account when designing the implants or does it change the position of the muscle etc
