IMO it should be flared just enough to make your jaw width 90% of your cheekbone width.
Should make one way more masculine and angular, it shouldn't affect harmony much tbh (would have similar but less effect than hollow cheeks in other words).
Side wing could help theoretically.

The gonial angle need to be something between 128 to 119, is better to be between in these angles for angularity purposes, looking total like a Minecraft block don't looks so good as some people think, about the gonial and angularity itself i don't know how works to be honest, obviously need to be Low BF%, i only can say that maybe you need many width in bone to appear.
