Your not brachyscopic so it wont change anything aesthetically i believe
In fact it could make ur esr lower and your face appear longer as a result

Have a look at posterior zygomatic arch osteotomy, this may help in some way.

What if I use a hydraulic press?

I’ll just press my head down to 1 mm less than my head breadth. Then wait for the skull to heal, and repeat the process millimeter by millimeter until I achieve a harmonious ESR.

1 mm of forced skull fracture won’t do too much damage, no?
