i think its finally time i start prioritizing my looks again, im back at square one, and after 2-3 months of eating slop and doing nothing.

my current plan is to do strict water fasting for 3-4 days and do so every other week and in between weeks be in a caloric deficit and in those days im not fasting. and skin scare as well as eating cleaner which is about it.

hoping to see improvements by end of december maybe sooner:feelswat:

tips would be nice.

Water fasting can yield quick results tho its hard (y) idk if this is a tip but recently I unintentionally dont end up eating most of the day cause im on my phone and cant be bothered. Its helping my appetite get smaller overtime since im cutting too.(loosely) So if your struggling with cravings just keep yourself busy or eat low cal like diet soda, gum, etc. Also results since water fasting + cutting should produce quick results dep on weight. thanks bhai:Comfy:. but i mainly just eat once a day now no matter what it is im getting better at holding back my cravings:feelshah: i mainly water fast during breaks from school cus im not doing anything so i dont wanna sit around eating all day but things are going good so far:feelshehe: noticing some slight improvements on my jaw and neck its not so fatty and my new haircut is helping
