I *need* orthognatic, I have assymetry and little class 3 with a recessed profile. I'm in search of a good and trustful surgeon (who will not botch me) and give awesome assymetry corrections and mid face advancement.

I heard some bad thing about him: He uses photoshop, cherrypicks results, blocks patients and etc... His results on insta looks goods tho
