Is my gym schedule good?
I train upper body 2x per week, with a rest day + cardio day between each workout. Every set is taken to failure or around 1–2 RIR.
My goal isn’t strength, I mainly want to improve aesthetics, build a wider upper body, fill out my 6’3 frame, and lean down at the same time. I’m currentlycutting.
No legs, fuck that shit.
Upper A
DB Incline Press – 2 sets
Chest Press Machine – 2 sets
Lat Pulldown – 2 sets
Cable Lateral Raises – 2 sets
Face Pulls – 2 sets
Tricep Pressdowns – 2 sets
Cable Curls – 2 sets
Band Pull-Aparts – 2 sets
Upper B
Lat Pulldown – 2 sets
Chest-Supported Machine Rows – 2 sets
Reverse Pec Deck – 2 sets
Cable Lateral Raises – 2 sets
DB Shrugs – 2 sets
Tricep Pressdowns – 2 sets
Hammer Curls – 2 sets
