13M and 5'6. Currently my daily meals are just protein and carbs. A couple eggs, rice, chicken, roti (basically a tortilla), fish every once and a while and basic fruits n vegetables like apples, cucumbers, carrots, bananas etc. Haven’t checked my growth plates yet but what's my potential max height if my plates are open?
