13M and 5'6. Currently my daily meals are just protein and carbs. A couple eggs, rice, chicken, roti (basically a tortilla), fish every once and a while and basic fruits n vegetables like apples, cucumbers, carrots, bananas etc. Haven’t checked my growth plates yet but what's my potential max height if my plates are open?

tip from me:
atleast 200g fruit and vegetables a day
1.6g-2g per kg bodyweight of protein
fat (also important people forget about it) 0.5-1g per kg bw
Carbs as u like, they arent needed but at your age try to eat as much so you gain a little weight, 0.1-0.3 kg per week

Go to the gym and do real training to failure with a good split, look into supplements and maybe do research in peds, although i dont really recommend.

few eggs a day is very good, as fat id eat nuts/ Peanut butter and olive oil, and take omega 3

Dad 5'7 mom 4'10. Both are the shortest in the bloodline jfl. All my cousins who are around my age or slightly older are close or already past 6 feet

you might already have reached max hight, if you look older than people your age

you might already have reached max hight, if you look older than people your age
Unfortunately that's what I'm fearing. I'm tryna convince my parents to let me take an X-ray to see my growth plates

ngl u have very little chance of reaching 5'10
 
Honestly in today's hypergamous society no one would even look at him
