Good looking in mirrors and reflections but ugly in pics and vids

Any reflection I see of myself irl makes me believe I'm a high tier normie with chadelite potential, like 5.25 -5.5 PSL range
But when I take vids or pics with my $250 samsung phone my confidence is SHATTERED because it looks like I have an uneven jaw with bulgy eyes in those. I wouldn't even put myself at more than 3.5 PSL tbh.
How is that possible to lose approx 2 points tbh

Yeah phones are shit, take photos with professional cameras if you want it to look like the mirror. Stay away from selfies, they're always distorted, see example:

Your mirror reflection isnt an accurate representation of what you look like. Your brain plays tricks on you and makes you think you are more symmetrical than you really are; the same phenomena is present in other people's opinions of themselves.

The first two are using SLR cameras with wide lenses and holding them out which is obvious by their posing. Many celebs fake seflies by using professional cameras on tripods and get closer.

It's their job to look great, I have selfies with celebs and they look like shit in them.

Many of these use what's called selfie distortion apps which help a bit.

Yes for the vast majority of their photos they use SLR cameras given to them by their agencies.

But in the example I posted, the lighting, quality, and distortion look like a phone camera.
Plus, Amnesia looks 6 PSL in that selfie taken on old android phone.

Everyone looks better IRL in motion, but if you are truly good looking selfies shouldn't make you look incel.

Only the one on the right looked like a phone camera imo. And you're right, chads won't look incel in selfies, but it can make them look like high tier normies in some cases. Selfies really distort the jaw, and many chads will take tons of photos to get one that even looks decent.
