The Japanese study I read on post-menopausal women used MK4 but both are good for bones, but MK7 is made from soy which I avoid and I read some reviews from people who got a weird feeling in their chest from MK7 but not MK4. MK7 has a longer half life than MK4 though and is considered more bio-available.What about K2 MK7?
45mg is the dose they used in the study so it's better.Isn't that way too little?
