Whats a good supplementing stack for 13 thats not too overkill

As of rn I take 5000mg of dandelion root extract and sometimes 500 mg of caffuebe in the morning and I have a potassium chloride 2000 mg but I will end on that one as another org user advised me is dangerous and I wanted to do magnesium because of my shit sleep but what do you guys recommend

I mean it's pretty tough to touch things at 13 other than the basics.

The absolute best "supplements" for you right now would be:
Proper nutrition (nutrient dense foods for good growth), good sleep hygiene, hydration and sprints/walks.

ok, if u wanna mog people at school, see if ur family is acne prone, if its not acne prone, run a SARM and enclo, and go gym regularly so u physiquemog and athletic mog all the kids in ur school.

Thats it. Make sure u get a nice haircut and arent a pimple face , and with just a good physique and haircut u will mog 99% of ur school by the time ur 14 or 15

dandelion root extract will have limited results since ur so young
if caffuebe is meant to be caffeine then u r killing urself with 500mg
magnesium glycinate can be beneficial for sleep
 
no genuenly the environment you grow up with will be better then any supplement at this age

Im getting on accutane already and what sarms and I dont fuck myself up with them as I already have wide clavicles and a really good base as my jock dad had a 44 inch to 22 inch shoulder to waist ratio

well for one start a diet, just pick one from this site but prioritize micro nutrients and shit. not gonna tell u to cope with raw milk but you get the idea. wait until you're like 14 or 15 before u start pinning stuff but prioritize eating, sleeping, etc around this age

I wish I could say that after all the times people made fun of me in the past I wish I never got thru this rabbit hole 2 years ago now im stuck just willing to ascend no matter what AND I HAVE noticed diff like me getting girls and people treating better bp helped me

nigga supplements r cope ur prob just destroying ur insides with them, if they arent vitamins ur defficient in dont take them. U can get a blood test done if u feel shitty or something ur prob missing vit d or some small shit. Other than that just gym , if ur really really adement on it , run a SARM at a small dosage like 10mg for 6 weeks, eat low fat, high protein, low sugars, work out, and take enclo after obv, and get a nice haircut to hairmog everyone.

Nigga if u do that, for even like 4-5 months i gurantee u will legit mog ur whole school. It isnt hard at 13

My sleep is shit stay up on call with gf till like fucking 2 or 3 on weekends I cant sleep even in general its so shit.
honestly if shes nerfing your sleep break up. at this age its most likely not going to work out, but bro on a real note enjoy your youth, play fortnite and shit

Well shes always been there for me even when I was ugly and shes hella good looking herself and been dating for like 4 months now and shes inlove with me I jsut dont wanna lose smth I put sm effort into and outside of her idrc abt life
always a bigger fish in the sea brotha, hate to be like that but you're young man. im not gonna tell u not to be on here cuz i was on here at 14 but you don't need to really work on anything until 14-15. just learn some good habits and prepare your body for puberty as much as possible

Ur right I've sacrificed alot I used to be known as the ugly kid because of me being Persian but I was the true blonde blue eyes Persian with a unibrow and it killed me and I used to cry everyday after school and never feel lvoed bp is the only thing thats given me warmth and shackles in my life except my gf idk ik relationships dont rlly last for that long but I can only wisj for this one to because I cant put that much effort into anybody else

Wish it was just that easy for me to sleep idk what causes it but rlly I genuinly just cant force myself to sleep its weird because I think its a willpower thing but tell me why I have enough willpower to pin and not to sleep

I tried once did it once with a mt2 JFL cause my friend who's older bought some and dont get me wrong I wanna sleep i really fucking do but I just genuinky ever since I got bullied for my looks back then and I would stay up researching all those times 2 years ago it became a habit and now even when I dotn research its like I need to find smth to do and I cant sleep and I need to cool off woth smth

They do a lot, just do a bit of research, and you can’t possibly get enough from regular food without high heavy-metal exposure.

Ideally, you want something with a good ratio of EPA/DHA. It should be 2:1, or 500/250mg.

It depends on where you live. I’m from Germany, so the sources I use probably are not relevant for you.
I live in cali is it easy to find the lab testing websites or do i have to do sum research
