Very swollen at the moment. Difficult to speak. Can walk around easily. Pain was moderate but is now low several days in.

My movements:
-Lefort 1 with CCW via posterior downgrafting: 10mm at Mx1 tip
-BSSO with 7 degrees CCW: 13mm at pogonion
-Genioplasty: unsure how much, he decided on genio the morning of surgery. Will ask.

Also this surgery is an easy way to leanmax lmao

I’m extremely swollen right now and can’t gauge real life differences. Lower third height looks the same or extremely similar in surgical plan.

And I doubt my chin will look pointy or detached. I don’t believe it was a super large genio, and believe it was all or primarily horizontal advancement, not vertical.

I literally posted the movements. The only thing I’m unsure of is how many mm the genioplasty was, which he decided after seeing how the mandible and maxilla looked after their advancement on the table. It was not a large amount and made no difference to me to verify whether it was (planned) to be 3, 4, or 5mm as that was going to be determined after the primary jaw movements based on how my face looked in 3d space/reality
