Got it 8 days ago in Thailand with pexy, looked fine at first, now I'm 8 days post op, my hooding looks extremely positive, like uncannily extremely positive.

My eyes look teeny tiny. I literally look like an alcoholic retard with down syndrome. I couldn't describe myself better than that rn. My result looks rly nice on the selfie cam, but in real life I look like I have an extra chromosome.

Like I just wanna go head first into the pavement from my bedroom window rn. Soo yeah. Nice. Real nice.

So, in other words, you're going through the exact same post-op process as everybody else
Try looking less at yourself for a while (hard, I know), and reassess the result in 4-5 weeks from now. You'll probably feel significantly better about it.
But it's a good reminder that supra fat grafting is tougher on the mind than many people anticipate.

Dude, I did not know that the post-op process involves me being turned into a down, like bro I could literally walk into the carehouse for people with down syndrome (close to my area) and they would say welcome. The hooding just looks soo soo unnatural right now, like I said I look like I have a syndrome. Phahaha what the fuck how is this even possible.

I expected just to be swollen and look nice but still bloated 7 days post op. Swelling is not that bad anymore, but now I look like I have down syndrome.

Several such testimonies in the main fat grafting thread though.

Brutal post-op is the price you guys pay for overfilling supras. You will look retarded for 3-6 weeks, which makes it one of the worst post-op processes to endure in all cosmetic surgeries

My guess is that proceeding with 2 or 3 successive fat grafting sessions instead of a large one is actually the way to go. More control over the end result, easier post-op. The downsides are paying repeatedly and managing several post-op recoveries (although much shorter). It seems you guys have no patience for that.

Ironically, once everything has settled, it's quite likely you will be wishing even more fat had been injected. So don't worry too much about your current condition !
