Bro if possible you should measure your midface ratio/ IPD/ bizygomatic width before MSE and then again once your treatment is complete. Would help put a lot of speculation about this procedure to rest. Either way good luck tho

Do you want to achieve CCW rotation of maxilla?
If yes, I remember that @retard said about some things to do to help achieve that with MSE. Cause MSE can't rotate maxilla upwards alone.

My upper jaw was narrower than my lower jaw according to the ortho. I don’t think I’ll need to expand the lower.
