Got quoted 23k usd worth it?

Hey guys, I got quoted at 23KUSD in turkey
Surgery includes:
TRIMAX
Infra implants
Canthoplasty

And then hotels/food extra
I am not sure is it worth it? I do want to fix my maxilla at least but not sure now I am second guessing
Thinking of just doing TRIMAX alone
Let’s say I am 25 and make 50k a year and 23k will be 20% of my net worth.

why would u need infra implants, trimax targets the upper maxilla, should it fix infras already? canthoplasty is worth it tho.

guys can we talk about it eating 25% of my net worth
If I do it then I am and don't look good I'll be sad. If I don't do it, then I'll always be wondering like I don't know what the fuck to do.
