Surgery includes:
TRIMAX
Infra implants
Canthoplasty

And then hotels/food extra
I am not sure is it worth it? I do want to fix my maxilla at least but not sure now I am second guessing
Thinking of just doing TRIMAX alone
Let’s say I am 25 and make 50k a year and 23k will be 20% of my net worth.

why would u need infra implants, trimax targets the upper maxilla, should it fix infras already? canthoplasty is worth it tho.

My opinion would be you should get jaw and zygo implants to you won’t get enough looks increase for your life to change with just Trina’s and Infras, also you have rest of your life to wage slave might aswell do this

Yeah, Italy is way too expensive. Even this is really high for turkey prices, but this guy's really good. I think I trust him. Uh yeah, twenty three thousand is a lot. You really shouldn't go with off the shelf implants. If you can find another surgeon at a similar price or a designer that'd do custom implants, that'd be a lot better. Generic implants are probably not going to be designed nearly as well to not have implant show and they're really considered outdated at least on org. No point in asking for help without photos though dumbass.

peek or silicone is pretty much the same garbage , actually silicone or medpor might look even better because they aren't as rigid as peek
