This is probably a water thread but I'll say it anyway.
After about 2 years of attempting to get serious at looksmaxxing, then entering periods of failure, etc. I've come to realize that while hard amounts of dedication have at least for a time been able to give me significant progress, I have almost always eventually fallen back and reversed most (sometimes all) of the progress that I made.
Basically, slow and steady wins the race, to reference the famous fable.
Gradually, and slowly, making minimal progress, on all your goals, diet, cardio, weight lifting, school, career, socializing, etc. etc. Is key to permanent and meaningful progress.
