neck training is useful but don't fuck urself up doing it

holy shit. tbh thats where all ur nerves, tendons etc start... your neck. people should train this with low weight high reps and dont push urself , take it very slow

I mean obviously, be careful with your neck. It's good to train it but ramp up very very slowly. Light weight, high volume, good form, controlled reps

the neck really doesn't need a lot of weight it's relatively easy to pack on mass with high volume compared to other muscles

if you don't have a thick neck naturally without training (jocks have this) then you need to be careful because your bones and tendons are too twinkish too support all that muscle
 
I just started neck training. Im doing neck curls lying from bed with 5 pounds weight 3 sets of 50. When should I increase weight and how many sets - reps should I do for results
