Yes, it does help alot, she got a little impactation (to make space for the cww) then made the cww movement wich made her have a less tallish midface. So youre saying it was the ccw rotation that made her face look shorter?
How did they make her maxilla much less recessed?Yes, it does help alot, she got a little impactation (to make space for the cww) then made the cww movement wich made her have a less tallish midface.
how did they shorten the soft tissue? there'd be excess soft tissue which could only be shorted by doing a total face lift which would leave a brutal scar transversally across the whole faceYes, it does help alot, she got a little impactation (to make space for the cww) then made the cww movement wich made her have a less tallish midface.
when it's done to a small extent it's not needed, but anyways it got nothing to do with the rotation or the jaw surgery like retards here claim.how did they shorten the soft tissue? there'd be excess soft tissue which could only be shorted by doing a total face lift which would leave a brutal scar transversally across the whole face

Are you speaking of the face becoming shorter? How was it done? Maxillary impaction upward to fix a gummy smile?how did they shorten the soft tissue? there'd be excess soft tissue which could only be shorted by doing a total face lift which would leave a brutal scar transversally across the whole face
It is done to a small extent, few mm's of change does actually a big difference irl, because of the ccw (wich also gives forward movement), it gave her a forward look appearance. How did they make her maxilla much less recessed?
Skin, muscles and fat adapting to a small movement yet a effective one.how did they shorten the soft tissue? there'd be excess soft tissue which could only be shorted by doing a total face lift which would leave a brutal scar transversally across the whole face
Her upper maxilla looks much better now though, i think it may be due to the quadrangular cutIt is done to a small extent, few mm's of change does actually a big difference irl, because of the ccw (wich also gives forward movement), it gave her a forward look appearance.
No it's not the quad cut at all. She had impaction and a small amount of rotation. Also like you said, some rhino work. Was it the quadrangular cut that advanced her face in a way that made it appear shorter? (I’ve heard a more forward maxilla will make face appear shorter).
What did the cut do then?No it's not the quad cut at all. She had impaction and a small amount of rotation. Also like you said, some rhino work.
I meant it wasn't the quad cut that caused the shorter midface. What did the cut do then?
Why does her face look so much shorter in the after despite getting her upper jaw advanced further, which usually lengthens the midface?
She had a quadrangular le fort 1 along with an augmentation rhinoplasty. Some vertical reduction of the chin and adjustment of the jaw position was done too…
Was it the le fort 1 impaction (not sure if she had any).
Rhinoplasty to shorten the nose length? (If they shortened her nose during the rhino, it may have helped but the jaw surgery is what did most of the work)

Many long faced incels could ascend if we could get exactly what she got!

I need it… fuckk… why isnt it discussed on this forum more?? Ppl should be getting that instead of regular bimax.I meant it wasn't the quad cut that caused the shorter midface.
Definitely a quad cut. Sometimes it's called a quad lf1 sometimes quad lf2 (more rarely).
It moves more than just the maxilla part around the teeth but also lower infra orb rims. basically what you see in the scan.

Yeah, i guess implants can do the job but they end up looking uncanny hellaI'm also interested in this.
Complete speculation on my part - perhaps increased risk with the location of the infraorbital nerve or maybe the surgery is a lot more challenging to perform since it's intra-oral compared to LF2
I asked Ramieri if he would do this type of cut and he just said he prefers normal LF1 with implants, didn't press him more if he would never do it though, will ask more about it in person.I'm also interested in this.
