Yes, it does help alot, she got a little impactation (to make space for the cww) then made the cww movement wich made her have a less tallish midface.

Her upper maxilla looks much better now though, i think it may be due to the quadrangular cut

Definitely a quad cut. Sometimes it's called a quad lf1 sometimes quad lf2 (more rarely).

It moves more than just the maxilla part around the teeth but also lower infra orb rims. basically what you see in the scan.

I asked Ramieri if he would do this type of cut and he just said he prefers normal LF1 with implants, didn't press him more if he would never do it though, will ask more about it in person.

how did the actual midface and SOFT TISSUE got shorter? i might be an absolute retard but i didn't get how he did it. from my understanding most bimax results look longer from a front view even after a bimax and djs isnt really worth it if we want to look better from the front ( even if everytime the profile looks great) .

even with ccw at best the face stays the same lenght . and impaction doesnt do anything for the soft tissue at all so i'm consfused how he made her actual soft tissue shorter as well as the midface lenght.

and yeah i saw a thread from a girl from my country who went to him based on his ig results and holy fuck he disfigured the shit out of her . he didn't listen to her demands at all and turned her into the third bogdanof making her face long af ; butchered her nose while she didnt ask for rhino ; gave her pmma injection to the face she never asked for and despite her asking for a shorter chin he actually lenghten her chin the after are fucking atrocious .

There's also some camera trickery going on here. For the frontal view, if you open it up in a photo editor and make the "before" photo transparent and hover it over the "after", the eyes don't match up in the exact same position no matter how you hover it. Close, but not identical.

I had to shrink the before photo just a tiny bit to make the eyes fit identically i.e. the before photo is just slightly "zoomed in"/closer than the after photo. Adjusting for this also makes the midface shortening look less dramatic.

OBO doesnt shorten midface obviously, just widens eyes. my issue isn't narrow ipd. i just have a too narrow face,skull. my eyes are actually very wide,far apart for my head width.

zygo implants look weird and gay almost everyone says. my jaw is already wide and jaw implants would probably make it look too wide. maybe skull implant could ascend me? but im not a fan of implants.

Someone on here got it and posted results, looked natural and did the job of shortening. You can't look at the results on google performed on old men and women. You have to go to one who knows how to do it for a male aesthetic.
