I honestly cant tell, it looks fine to me but im not an expert. If you want a legitimate assessment youll need to go to a dermatologist and get tested. But either way you might as well take minox, maybe finasteride or some other topical anti-androgens. If you do minox and some topical anti androgen then it will have zero side effects

If you have bald men in the family, it is very likely it is caused by androgens. Judging by your video, you seem to have taken Accutane for a long time. I doubt Accutane is the ONLY reason for your shedding, because you would have gotten it from the start. One possibility is that you have the baldness gene, and the Accutane aggravated it. (just my personal opinion)

2 month is way too soon to see regrowth from finasteride monotherapy, give it at least 4 months. A lot of times, finasteride monotherapy will only prevent further loss and regrow a little bit.

Are you sure you are actually getting side effects or is it in your head? In the morning for the next 2 weeks, have a friend or family member crush fin pills and tell them to either put it in your oatmeal or not (when you are not looking). This way, you don't you if you are actually consuming finasteride or not. Notice how you are feeling during those 2 weeks, then have him reveal to you whether he put the fin in or not. And voila, this is a good way to spot whether its placebo or real.

I just used fin/min/dermaneedle at 1-1.5mm once a week. Currently replaced fin with RU58841 as an experiment.

I don’t want to feel like a low T cuck. I might be fucked. Did you read anecdotal stories or did you actually read scientific studies? Because these is a lot of fear mongering in the finasteride community. If you really want to understand the the drug, search up "kevin mann finasteride" where he breaks down actually studies and uses them to debunk the fear mongering. Seriously, watch all his fin vids, he is an interesting guy and I bet you will like him.

Also, I switched to RU for now because I am trying to grow out facial hair with min.
