Cholesterol.

Testosterone is a 19-carbon steroid hormone made from cholesterol.
Cholesterol is needed in order for the body to produce testosterone.

We all know that testosterone levels are dropping in the west right? Well guess what.. Cholesterol levels are dropping too

So after finding out about all of this I tried to find a way to get a lot of cholesterol through diet without changing much.
AND I FOUND IT

Let's look at this:

The recommended daily intake of dietary cholesterol for the average healthy person is about 300 milligrams per day with less than seven per cent of calories coming from saturated fat, according to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.

Canada is cucked but I found what can increase our testosterone levels.

1 Cooked egg (50g) has around: 186.5mg cholesterol.
White part of the egg has around: 0mg cholesterol.

Eggs don't increase bad cholesterol. Only good.

When your testosterone reaches HIGH levels the good-levels drop a lot after which your T-levels drop.
Drinking 2-3 RAW eggs everyday will increase your testosterone levels a lot + Good sleep.

I eat 5 eggs with minced meat (fried in butter) everyday. I don't believe (((doctors))) who claim that cholesterol is bad. JFL cholesterol is a component of all your cells. Eat your cholesterol

Don't eat. Drink atleast a few eggs to be sure.
Drinking eggs raw provide you with the highest cholesterol
good post tbh, especially for a low T cel like me.

But you don't absorb raw eggs u mostly chit it out
i think there was a study where its like only 30% absorbed raw vs 64% cooked i think

Only the proteins.

Nothing is said about Cholesterol which is my main point. Even if you somehow absorb less cholesterol.. the extra cholesterol in a raw egg will make up for that EASILY.

There is proof that says DHT doesn't cause.
But the most important is DHT sensitivity in hair follicles.. even with 0.00000001ng DHT you'd still get hairloss tbh.
