These are cheap asf better to buy

They do compress but u can’t use a lot if ur shoe is too small and tight

Sport shoes I can’t fit any in my current shoe I use only one since I don’t want ppl to notice

On these u can basically fill it up with 2 extensions each

And they already add height you’ll be adding like 4 inches

That much i wouldn’t use personally tho since ppl will 100% notice

My family already noticed the 1 inch I use imagine 4 inches
