Hi, this is my 1st real guide so sorry for any formatting mistakes.
Ill keep this guide simple so its easier to read.
were gonna be talking about 4 core/important points your upper body consists off.
1. Facial Width
2. Bideltoid Width
3. Waist Width
4. Hip Width

Lets start with the ideal measurements according to females;
1. Bideltoid width : facial width ratio, the ideal is 3.5-3.8
2. Bideltoid width : waist width ratio, the ideal is 1.6
3. Bideltoid width : Hip width ratio, the ideal is 1.4
4. Hip width : Waist width ratio, the ideal is 1.1-1.2
5. Waist width : Facial width ratio, the ideal is 2.1-2.4
6. Hip width : Facial width ratio, the ideal is 2.4-2.7
All measurements are done from left to right meaning its not measured in a circumference.

I will explain how to measure here:
in this example i will be using David Laid,
lets calcute his ratios;
1. Bideltoid width : Facial width = 100 : 25,6 = 3.91
2. Bideltoid width : Waist width = 100 : 49.9 = 2.00
3. Bideltoid width : Hip width = 100 : 63.2 = 1.58
4. Hip width : waist width = 63.2 : 49.9 = 1.27
5. Waist width : Facial width = 49.9 : 25.6 = 1.95
6. Hip width : Facial width = 63.2 : 25.6 = 2.5
these are his proportions compared to the ideal, as you can see his shoulders are too broad and his waist too narrow, although we males dont care about that we actually prefer it more but females dont. of course theres exceptions.

you can measure the ratios youself on your phone very easily and quick, just take a picture of your frame and download 'imagemeter'
import your desired picture and start calculating
So Based on my calculations David Laids upper body proportions are to extreme for girls
I wont be explaining how to fix these ratios since i feel like theres enough threads/common knowledge about that already, if i get many requests ill make a detailed guide about that.
