no it just increases bloodflow ngl. increase test by lowering fat levels, working out, megadosing D3 + k2mk7, and taking zinc supplements.

A lot of people on this forum are insane. Don't take medical advice from random strangers on the internet, especially when they're telling you to take prescription drugs for some purpose other than what they're prescribed to do.

yeah, but thats just what i do tbh, bc it makes going to sleep easier for me tbhngl
 
megadosing D3 + k2mk7, and taking zinc supplements.
what would a megadose be? how many iu? and why only k2 mk7?
rn I have a supplement that has 3 forms of k, k1 1500 mcg, k2(mk4) 1000mcg and k2(mk7) 100mcg per pill and 10,000 IU d3

thats even better tbh, but k2 is good enough for most people. and yes megadose would be about 15mg k2 and 10k IU d3

i was seeing a lot of dr's vids and opinion, they say the RDA at 400-600IU that is pushed about is wrong and at minimum you should be taking 8800IU and doses like 10k-40k IU daily are not really high, being someone who is deficient in vit D3 i think I can go even higher.
Dr. eric berg said that if you are really down on d3, you can take 4pills of D3+ k2(10k IU, 100mcg) and later maintain it at 10k daily.

There are some doctors that even prescribe like 300kIU jfl.

I'm even supplementing with boron to maximise d3 uptake, also boosts free test apparently

yes my dad was extremely deficient and had to take 100k for a while. but to avoid organ dmg for regular people i would say 10k is enough to begin with, it will 100% stimulate bone growth + T gain, but ill have to check the study I read before about the dick gain:

thats brutal af bro, besides what benefits did your dad notice on d3? as far as bones go
I think the reason he was so deficient and needed so much is because he has incredibly thick bones and big frame, and he was just doing cybersecurity work, so it just normalized his levels. I did notice his arms got thicker tho as well as energy, they are in a permanently decently buff state despite him not working out at all. it prob increased his T levels passively. He now spends more time outside tho gardening so he doesnt need the supplements anymore.
