I was thinking abt buying some. Since Idont necessarily work out at the gym, and one of them was Strap
I did some research, etc., but I wanted to get the opinion of those who use it. Is there that much of a difference? u recommend using this after a specific load?

All you need is straps for pull days. I recently started using them and I had a significant better pull day than usual you’ll get more reps in as well as moving more weight.

u think this would change anything abt the safety and stabilization of dumbbells? for lateral raises etc... I would probably only use this for back, chest, and shoulder exercises

Just for pull exercises they aren’t necessary for anything else.

Stop using straps as much as possible, grip strength is correlated with high T and decreases with age

Don’t you think gains might be worth it? I clearly get a better workout in with straps again just for pull days. Also I have grip strength kit I could just use it and I’d be fine

Nice troll.
Sadly not.

Grip strength is a significant predictor of overall health and longevity, with weaker grips strongly linked to a higher risk of all-cause mortality and frailty. It serves as a simple indicator of your general muscular fitness and health status, reflecting your body's overall strength and ability to recover from illnesses. Maintaining adequate grip strength can help you remain active, prevent injuries, perform daily activities, and improve your quality of life as you age

Your grip strength will always be weaker than your back :lul:
