Gym advice for 14 y/o

I just started working out at the gym and i will take tips from experienced people.
My split is fullbody 3x a week.
I do 2 sets and 5 to 10 repetitions
I try to carb load before gym
Idk about the rest im just curious about what should i know now so i wont regret it in the future.
 
Why'd you gymcel at 14? The gym is for balding, recessed, coping incels in their 20s trying to "improve" their life

Im not a gymcel, gym isnt everything about my life, its just a sport for me which is healthy, i will also build muscle, have better frame and be stronger because im weak as fuck. Heard it rises T levels but even if it doesnt it already had the benefits i want.
