gym calories question

im doing upper 2x week. deficit ~300-500 calories on rest days, but at training days i eat around maintanance or 100-200 calories more. when i do this i have crazy energy in the gym. so is my system good or should i just cut during my training days? will that system give me any more muscle or just help me keep it?
 
do it for more than a month i f you dont like the results change it
