So leanmaxx one month or is that bad Idea becaause losing muscle
You don't losr muscle from fasting like the muslims, because your body releases HGH during that time, you lose muscle from water fasting.

buy an exercise tower or however is it called and start calisthenics!!! you wont really grow but youll stay lean and maintain ur muscle!!!! :D :D :D

its cheaper than a home gym.........but if you are rich like me........buy all the barbells and shit u need!!! :DDDDDD

You'll lose muscles 100% anyone who says differently don't know what they are talking about. However you don't have that much to lose so might as well take advantage and leanmaxx and calisthenics maxx meanwhile. One months ain't that long.

Yeah i have a kids playground next.to my house gonna use that to do pull UPS and chinups and gonna do pushups and squats at home

if you decide to not do anything for one month, you will lose barely any muscle, but you WILL lose a lot of strength

took 1 1/2 months off and im pissed as hell cuz im weak now, been trying to get back to where i was
at the bare minimum, do pushups and diamond pushups everyday, dont neglect it or else youll be pissed how much strength you lost

YOu have more hgh when you fast because your body doesn’t convert it to IGF-1, hence you’re actually destroying your muscle growth by fasting.

That setup looks good, seems you are making it happen. You could start a low dose hgh, like 1,5-2 IU a day in the morning, it has pretty much no sides and many small benefits.

glad I overcame my stupid gym addiction a few years ago

setting up a home gym is what you could do. You don't need much equipment

Have you tried calisthenics? You don’t need much equipment (if any at all) and it should be enough until the gyms open up again here.

Just do bodyweight workouts. Your goal is not to build but to maintain, until you have access to the gym again.

Just buy RINGS my n-word. Calisthenics is retarded brother of gymnastics .

Rings workouts are more effective because of instability.




For legs fill backpack with heavy things and do squats/lunges etc and you are set.
