didnt get that physique by sitting around all day while having a good diet. They had to go through some form of stress which apparently ages you and will kill you. They hunted, climbed trees, constantly ran, they carry things everyday. They have more of a stressful life than the average human now. The gym can be harmful if you do too much, but the gym is very benefical and will get you a good appealing physqiue if you have good genetics
