Hi everyone,
I'm 5'10 and 150 lbs with a really bad skinny-fat physique. Everything about my physique disgusts me so I decided to buy the Ostarine and MK677 stack from Chemyo and hit PPL at my Uni Gym. I pretty much have the cycle logistics and training down including PCT with Nolvadex.
The only thing I'm concerned about right now is whether it's feasible at 150 lbs to perform a recomp. Should I aim for a bulk instead? How much of a calorie surplus should I be in and what should my macros look like? I understand most of it should be protein, but do I have to eat clean to achieve my macros? Any advice would be appreciated.
Also please don't try to convince me not to do this. I've already spent too much money on these compounds.
