I notice the more i cut my fat from 14% down i start to be just more aspie and same thing with gym volume,the more sets i do from some essentials baseline that is 12 sets per body part i start to be more aspie that is more tanse,restless,alert,anxious,low energy.I train almost 8 years as a natty and also have 42 laycount as 23 years old and i found high volume training and cutting down fat from what is essential to an individual make someone completle less atractive to foid as foid want calm,colective,relax,chill normie and no 24/h hyper tense 4x10 deadlift gym aspie.I think most of aspies don't know how to approach the gym in the normie style so do only little volume main on arms and sit on 14% body fat minimum like a normie person does and thats why we are suffer from even worse symptoms of being an aspie such alertness,tense,anxious 24/h for too much volume and cutting.
