I notice the more i cut my fat from 14% down i start to be just more aspie and same thing with gym volume,the more sets i do from some essentials baseline that is 12 sets per body part i start to be more aspie that is more tanse,restless,alert,anxious,low energy.I train almost 8 years as a natty and also have 42 laycount as 23 years old and i found high volume training and cutting down fat from what is essential to an individual make someone completle less atractive to foid as foid want calm,colective,relax,chill normie and no 24/h hyper tense 4x10 deadlift gym aspie.I think most of aspies don't know how to approach the gym in the normie style so do only little volume main on arms and sit on 14% body fat minimum like a normie person does and thats why we are suffer from even worse symptoms of being an aspie such alertness,tense,anxious 24/h for too much volume and cutting.

I start training and cutting at the same time as a obese-cel that was 16 years old /103kg i was sub5 as 15 years old do to obesity.I cut to 80kg when i reach 16.5 years of age and then i ascend the most in my life.Then this whole muscle making progress and cutting the fat was not compare to ascend i make then.I start "pick up" foids 3 years ago and loose my v card do to online dating.The leanest i was as a "pick-uper"was 12% body fat and the fattes was 17% body fat.Answer is:12% body fat increase looks,decrease nt.Think who normie is and who aspie is.Normie-chill,colevtive,being in the present moment.Aspie-obssesed,alert,tense.When you chill?When you sleep a lot and eating mcdonalds.When you tense?When you do 4x10 deadlift and blast 600 mg caffeine on 2000 kcal day.So what i experience through my pick-up and gym routines is that gym burn your brain out if you do high volume month intensity and/or cutting below 14% body fat as a natty.You should stick to a normie style training so bro men's health split and 14% body fat minimum inner way as fast foid appreciate your sharp cheeks bones and shredded jawline that fast foid gonna fuck boneless chill skinnyfat manlet who don't deadlifting,take caffeine and sleep less than 8 hours a night

My friend manage to fuck 630 foids at 33 years of age do to low inhib mostly.He act like a beast in the day light in the center of Poland and approach like 50 foids per 30 minutes.When some foid be semi-rude he just say to foid "fuck off slut" as load as possible and approach another on her eyes.When i meet him do to pua fb gruop that's when i start to live after years of deadlifting and squating for hours

It wasn't hard at all.The only thing is hard for me is to be chill when i cut below 14% of bodyfat.I can't sleep enough,i can't be nt if do too much volume in the process.Once i get on this bro men's health like bro split and manage to be nt then i fuck model 178cm blonde 10/10 foid when sitting at 13% body fat and never re-doing that coz i back to high volume aspie training.I still fuck but no a top 5 porn hub models like back then.It was magic 3 month when i be nt and do only curls and minimal rest.

When i cut nowadays i just running 1 hours a day and listen to Goggins playlist on soundcloud then comeback to home and eat 4000 kcal
