Doesn’t matter as long as u show up every day. Pick whichever has the highest chance of u sticking with day n and day out.

You have to form a bond with the pain. You can’t look for ways to workout less or short cut it. If you want slower results then choose a low pain low volume one and stick to it.

David goggins advice on working out is spot on. The more intense the workouts the greater results

Start with full body for 1-2 months. In this time you get used to the weight and you learn how to perform exercises like bench press, squads, deadlifts, pull ups. Thats the most important part. you build a base, mentally and physically.

After those 2 months you wont feel weak anymore and you probably see a tiny bit of looks improvement. Then you can switch to a Push/Pull (2-day split plan). The reason for switching is, now you can train more volume for certain muscles (not 1 exercise for chest, but for example 3) to grow them faster, but they will need more recovery too, that's why you split the plan.

There is a limit. When i was younger 16-18yo i would gymcel for hours a day. Now at 24 my workouts are 30-40 min tops, sometimes 20. Better that way to keep ur cortisol down. Too much cortisol lowers ur T, and will break down muscle and collagen. It's a looksmin

The pain will eventually become more pleasurable too if you pair it with sports, socializing with gym buddy or music

Fullbody ideal for newbie. When that starts to get too taxing switch to an upper lower 2x a week.

I don’t really agree. The more stress the more forced adaptation. Maybe u weren’t eating well?
