can somebody tell me how much effort should i put into each workout session so that it leads to muscle growth, but at the same time, it doesn't age the face prematurely

for example, if 0% is no training at all, 50% is half-ass, 100% is every set/exercise till failure (your best)

how much effort should i actually give?

Doing gym hard won’t age you, pretty much impossible.

look at people who had body transformations
those who had a similar bf% before & after
just have a look at their faces
they have horribly aged
especially people from their late 20s

roid , genetics , stay chill gym dosen t age , the only think he can do it s give more appeal if ur not a subhuman
